Horrible, I would never order from them again. Was told I would be reviewed in 1-2 business days, ended up taking 5 days & 2 days later my order STILL wasn’t shipped.. didn’t even have any tracking information. I didn’t get approved until I sent support a message. Was mislead on review time & company seems to be a SCAM.

Experience was a breeze and price was amazing affordable.

I was told the level I'd be able to start at was where I left off from last prescription. I was told shipment would be held until I got back from vacation. These things were not so, AFTER I paid. Now I don't even have my product, over a week later. Not sure I'll have it in time to stay with my current schedule. Fingers crossed it comes in on time. Response time for customer service is ridiculously long. Very disappointed I paid up front for 12 months. I should have done it monthly until I found a good. Reliable company. Hoping this gets better with time. Price is great!
