I’m still waiting for my medication have attempted and left my number in the queue to be called backx4 times no ine yet has. My payment was taken off my FSA health equity card paid in full. No more emails with times of delivery or anything.

Everything was so well packed, well explained and organized!

It’s been an excellent experience and the product is great.. really had fast shipping and was approved in a short amount of time.

After expressing to Embody that I was transferring from another GLP-1 that had me on 15mg they still sent me 2.5mg starter package. I was then told I would have to speak with a Doctor who told me to send in my prescriptions from my previous GLP-1 which I provided. That was a week and a half ago. Three times I was told my issue was being escalated, three times I have not received a response, nor has any confirmation been sent to my email. I was trying to give Embody a chance but if the communication doesn't improve I will be going to another provider.

First shipment was very easy.

Response time on inquiries is taking longer than expected. Tracking info was never provided and the meds just showed up.
