Has been great so far script came fast

I was a bit skeptical about trying a different company, but everything was straight forward and I was very impressed by how quickly I received my order. The price was a no brainer I was way over charged from the previous company but this made me very happy

Orders from pharmacy are taking much longer than other companies.

Pricing has been very good I received my package within a few days packaged very well may I add- so far so good, I don’t feel a difference yet but it’s only been 3 days since shot day. Excited for the journey and to hopefully see results soon.

I canceled because I continued to get messages saying they couldn't send the medication until I had my consultation. After contacting customer service 2 times to tell them that I had already had my consultation and picked up the prescription that was called in they still said they couldn't send the medication. My card was charged a refund was sent and then my card was charged a second time. I am so done and will continue to post my thoughts and experiences with your company until I am fully refunded.

This has been a frustrating experience. I was finally approved and still waiting on shipping. Every message is generated. Takes a long time to get any response .

Great customer service and the fact that I actually was able to speak with a provider before anything was shipped out and charged to me, that was the most important thing. And the price and delivery was quick. I already am feeling some results.

Just signed up as a month to month basis for semaglutide. I had the medication on hand within a week. Excited to see how it works for me. Can’t update if the charge remains the same monthly if your dosage increases.
