I have not gotten the medication
I have not gotten the medication. I have sent 3 messages stating that and heard nothing! I have asked for a refund.

I was never contacted by anyone
I was never contacted by anyone. My payment was taken very quickly but an entire week went by and I received nothing. No contact at all from anyone. I sent two emails with no response. Finally got through on the phone and discovered that my email had been confused with a previous account I had and my order was never going to be filled, unless I had called. Very disappointed in the communication.

My package was due to originally be received on a Friday morning. I waited home until noon for the package never arrived. My package arrived today Monday and was hot.

The customer service was horrible
I was told I could cancel my order before the medication shipped. The medication haven’t shipped, and I called the next morning to cancel. I was told I would receive a full refund. Later that same day, I called to check on my refund just to make sure I was getting it. I was told I could only receive a partial refund. The following day, I was told I couldn’t receive a refund at all. I’ve received too many conflicting answers, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
