This company is a joke they take your money and never deliver your medication and then tell you no refunds Wow unbelievable there online service is so unprofessional you never get an answer your dealing with incompetent individuals I really am hate to say that but my gosh it’s like talking to wall! Email replies always read the same we are working on getting a resolution sure you are ! I have to contact my bank and report them fraudulent charges very sad Buyer beware

Been waiting for medication since dosage change sept 22nd and still says at pharmacy…another dose which should’ve been cancelled due to new prescription given sept 22 but it went to pharmacy Oct 12…old dosage….have called, chatted, emailed and still not getting my medication or anywhere with them. Ridiculous service but they can sure take my money with no meds sent for almost a month now with next payment set to come out next week. Terrible experience very disappointed and frustrated that it seems to be a joke and a run around with no help.

I had a terrible experience with Embody. The first month that I used them they were fine. I received what I paid for. The second month that I paid for a refill, I received a way lower dosage that I should’ve had from a different pharmacy. When I reached out to embody the person on the other line, promise that a medical professional would get back to me within 72 hours. They never did. I canceled my subscription. I ended up doubling up on the dosage after doing some figures which should make it equivalent to the dose that I am supposed to be getting. Their customer service sounds like it is over in a third-party country like India and their medical professionals are truly not existent. They have zero stars from me. I will never use them again.

Jayvee was very quick to respond to my email and detailed in the follow up. I had concerns on my dosage, but she helped me understand what to watch for now and the plan going forward. Greatly appreciated to minimize my stress and worry.

⭐ Disqualified by their own provider, still no refund Embody's healthcare provider medically disqualified me from the program after I'd already received my Injectable Semaglutide. I had a severe allergic reaction and can't safely use the rest, so I have to throw it out. Their refund policy says that if a provider determines you're not clinically eligible, you get a refund for the unused portion. I sent them the policy and my provider's visit notes. Their first reply was that no refunds are given once medication is delivered, which contradicts their own policy. After I pushed back, they "escalated" it and promised an answer in 24 to 48 hours. I've now followed up multiple times over two weeks. I got another 24 to 48 hour delay and then no resolution. Fast forward to Oct 13 and they refused my refund request. If you sign up, know that their disqualification and refund policies may not be honored in practice. Keep records of everything. Update: They reached back after this review and still refuse to respect their own refund policy. Clown business.
