Update 8/5/26 - After making the post here, Embody contacted me and provided a refund, which I appreciate but it should not take a post on here to get action. However, since they provided a refund, I will modify my post below and say though customer service is lacking, and the compounding pharmacy takes way too long to ship the medication, Embody does not steal your money. Original post: Do not order your GLP-1 medication from this company. There is zero customer service, there is zero follow up, they may send your prescription to the compounding pharmacy, but they will never fulfill your order. It’s a complete and utter scam. They guarantee 3 to 5 day turnaround for you to receive your medication but that is an absolute lie. They don’t mention that they do not ship on weekends either. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy on Tuesday, July 28th and today was the technical 5th day. I tried to call today to find out something and there is a 3 1/2 hour wait time. Again do not waste your money on this company because they’re doing nothing but running a scam and stealing peoples money.

Mixed experience, but the medication works. My experience with this service was a bit of a mixed bag. Communication in the portal early on left a lot to be desired. I was approved for Tirzepatide on July 7th, but didn't receive my first shipment until July 27th. Given the three-week gap, I was honestly starting to worry I had been scammed. Better communication upfront regarding stock shortages and shipping delays would have gone a long way. When the package finally arrived, the medication was warm. Customer support reassured me the dose was still effective and advised me to refrigerate it immediately. Standard dosing protocol: They start everyone on 2.5mg unless you can provide proof of a higher prior prescription. Fortunately, the initial 2.5mg dose is already working well for me—I've noticed a significant drop in food noise and am looking forward to moving up to 5mg. A quick heads-up for new users: Customer support responses in the portal can take 24+ hours. If you've placed an order and are still waiting, the meds will arrive—they just seem overwhelmed by the high volume of new sign-ups. On a positive note, my second month's refill was processed much faster!
