The provider listened and didn’t judge me. She was very professional but thoughtful with her words. She really looked at where I was in my weight loss journey and looked at what my RX was for the past 9 months and decided to change things to help me overcome a plateau and continue losing weight. It was a very good experience overall.

The price and the fast delivery.

Only on week 3; however, from my very first inquiry I've had excellent communication from customer service. When I was debating about the product and asking questions, the responses were always very prompt. When I made the decision to start, customer service updated me every step during process without me even needing to inquiry. All steps took place on time as informed and product shipped within days. I decided to do monthly subscription since I was insure how my body would react. So hoping future monthly shipments will be same experience.

I didn't care for this company at all. Communication was a nightmare. You only communicate through email and it takes days to get a response back. Simple questions and clarifications were painstakingly drugged out. After a few days of trying to get my px from them, I realized I had made a huge mistake.

We understand how frustrating it is when simple questions take longer than they should to answer, especially when you're trying to begin treatment. Clear, timely communication is an important part of the patient experience, and we're sorry we didn't deliver that for you. We've continued to strengthen our communication and support processes, but it's clear we missed the mark here. Please reach out to our support team again and ask to speak with a manager so we can review your experience and address any remaining concerns.

The only issue so far is that things seem to take alot of time to get things moving. I have sat in hold for 35 minutes to talk to someone about getting an appointment with Dr because things hadn't progressed. Then I had Dr's visit and script was approved and sent to pharmacy but now has said processing for 2 days. Sure wished things woud move faster.

I signed up thinking I would get a consultation BEFORE meds shipped....I had questions on dosage, etc. I received an email saying my meds shipped. I am supposed to get it on Thursday - we will see if it arrives. Yesterday I tried calling and chose the call me back option - I didn't get a call. So today I tried going online to book a consultation and every time I would try to choose an appointment time, it would say not available. Then WHY list that time to choose from? After doing it like 20x, I finally got a time set for next week (soonest availability). when I refreshed my portal, I was expecting my appointment to show up there, as I did receive an email confirmation. My portal did not show it, so I called and waited 2 hours and finally got a live person. All they could do was apologize for the wait. They said they could not see the appointment I had set up even though I got an email confirmation. I expressed disappointment that I wanted to speak to a provider to discuss the medication (as well as additional text messages, from 2 different numbers: 1) asking me to verify my address even though my medication was supposedly w/ UPS and on the say, and 2) asking me to choose a pharmacy because one of their doctors had prescribed Ondansetron for nausea). So the person on the phone set up a video call with a provide for an hour later and I did speak to someone named Sally. I was so flustered I forgot to ask her what her role was (NP, Rn, etc). But she was nice and answered my dosage questions, prescription of Ondansetron order, etc. So I felt satisfied. After our call, I logged onto the portal again to see if there were any updates or maybe a visit summary from Sally - well ALL my info on my portal is GONE. Wiped out. Like my account doesn't exist. I can log on, but everything is GONE. I called again, the recording said wait time was 3 hours! I stayed on and chose NOT to choose the call me back option just from what happened last night. I waited over 4 hours!! I finally hung up, and sent my 2nd complaint email to "customer service". I tried calling again just now and it's saying the wait time is 5 hours long. How is this possible?? I hope the meds come in but at this point even if it does I'm scared to use it. And if it does come I will try to cancel the rest of my future charges. If I have to call my credit card company and place a block on them I will. So disappointed so far!!

Hi Alexa, We sincerely regret the incredibly frustrating experience you've had with our services. We understand your concern about receiving medication before a consultation and the subsequent difficulties you faced trying to connect with us. The issues with booking an appointment, the unreturned call, the disappearance of your portal information, and the extended wait times are completely unacceptable, and we are actively investigating these system failures. We are reviewing our processes to ensure that such a disjointed and stressful experience does not happen again. We appreciate you bringing these critical issues to our attention, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. -Embody Team
