My experience was better than expected!! Fully satisfied

On time initial consultation and very easy instructions.

UPDATE #2: Embody sent me an email this morning that they will refund me. I will update on here once refund is received. UPDATE: I canceled and demanded a full refund due to their partnership with Boothwyn Pharmacy and have reviewed a significant number of alarming customer complaints and negative reviews regarding their services and quality control. Given that this involves compounded prescription medication, safety and integrity are non-negotiable. As a consumer, I no longer feel safe or comfortable receiving medical treatments through their service under these conditions. Because of this major safety concern, I have lost total confidence in Embody's ability to fulfill its obligations to provide safe, reliable, and trustworthy care. Since the product and service provided fail to meet reasonable safety and quality standards, They must refund me fully. I will keep this review up to date. ————————————————————- Virtual visit went well and was scheduled promptly. However, since I was approved my medication has been setting in “to be shipped status” with no other movement. As a consumer, I appreciate accelerated shipping on a product that’s been paid for. It mentions my meds at the Boothwyn pharmacy. Which is highly concerning due to the well-documented FDA warnings and the $1 million state fine levied against Boothwyn Pharmacy.

This is the third provider I've used for tirzepatide - and I wish I had found Embody first. Their price is consistent and honestly disclosed since the beginning; drugs arrive on time; their support is responsive, kind, and accommodating of our requests; everything seems to be exactly as we'd expect from a first-class service. The only minus: it's complicated to log in to their portal, something that is rarely necessary.
