I appreciate the background research regarding my prescriptions. A prescription was sent in for phentermine but not picked up just in case the GLP1 didn't go thru. But I've plateaued on this med for months. My last dose was 08/08/26. I'm afraid if I'm too long without one or the other that weight will go up rapidly. I have requested a letter from my bariatric doctor. (My insurance doesn't cover GLP1 only the phentermine).

I paid $828 for 12 bottles I received 3 I was having horrible nausea, stomach pain I cancelled my subscription They are not going to give me a refund for the 9 bottles that I will not receive Waited 60 min for customer service to answer my call I had been emailing back and forth with email customer service couldn’t find anything under my name both my emails was told that someone will be getting back to me in 48 hours to 72 hours
