Embody was incredibly fast when it came to taking my payment and shipping out my medication. However, their post-medication customer support and medical follow-up have been deeply disappointing. They advertise 24/7 support, but that has not been my experience. I called with a question about my medication dosing. It took them two hours just to respond to my initial call. When they finally did, I was told someone would call me back within 48 hours.Two days later, a nurse did call. Unfortunately, she could not solve my problem. She told me I needed to make an appointment with their doctor instead. She promised to send me a link to book that appointment right away. It has now been 9 hours, and I still have not received the link. My only recourse at this point is to start the entire support process over from the very beginning. If you are looking for reliable, timely medical support after you get your script, look elsewhere. They are quick to get paid, but they fall completely short when you actually need medical guidance.
