Best call and customer service

I’ve been with Embody for a month now on Tirzepatide, and I am so impressed with their service. Unlike the last company I used, Embody is incredibly thorough. Their onboarding teleconferences for new patients and any medication updates are fantastic. Additionally, they offer evening teleconferences which is so convenient. The providers I've met with are incredibly nice, helpful, and supportive. On top of the knowledgeable medical staff, the information they provide on their website and with the medication itself is super clear and helpful and the pricing is great. I highly recommend them!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE, GET SET UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DR AND THEY DONT SHOW THWN IT’S YOUR FAULT! EFFING BULLSHIT!! WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR THE DR TO GET ON THEN LEFT. THEN GOT EMAIL I DIDNT SHOW! Have called and emailed several times no response! Someone at embody better call me NOW! Thank you. Very unsatisfied in Texas.

Dr. was informed & very knowledgeable regarding this service. She was very polite & did not rush. All my questions were answered.
