I cannot recommend this company. I do believe they had a strong start but then their own inflated marketing push may have backfired as they weren’t prepared for the rush of new clients. Extremely long on hold times/ agents attempting to assist are ineffective due to impossibly thick accents/ continuous electronic portal issues/ lack of guidance or instructions. Perhaps they can rectify all of the above.

It was quick and convenient

What made my virtual appointment great, is the convenience of meeting no matter the time, the physician was ver pleasant. I did not feel rushed. She asked me did I understand and if I had any issues.

Wonderful company with great health support

The pricing is reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. I have not experienced any issues that were not resolved during the initial contact.
