DO NOT order from this company. The medication that they offer is not the same as other companies, it is a blend of Trizepetide and B12 and not as strong. I placed my order on August 14th and was charged before I was even approved. It's now the 24th and my medication STILL has not shipped and customer service doesn't care. You get what you pay for!!!!

Easy to reach customer support and they took care of my issue immediately. Very good experience!

Updated review- I finally recieved my meds on 9/4 after ordering on 8/17. I upgraded my review and knocked off one star for the long delay but I did receive an updated email every day in regards to the status of my meds at the pharmacy. After a terrible start Embody did what they could to make it right. I was charged for meds that never shipped. 4 emails and 2 phone calls later and still no meds, and no fix. They never even bothered to respond to emails, even though I was upgraded to VIP and was supposed to have a dedicated team member. After cancelling my subscription they are now refusing to refund my money even though I never received a single order. Do yourself a favor, just don't. This was such a hassle that I'd rather pay full price on Lily Direct. *edit- got an appt scheduled successfully with the assistance of Ellen using the chat feature in the portal. Booked appt same day and the provider called me, was super helpful and straightened out my issues. Maja in patient support called me the very next day and my med has been confirmed and shows it will be shipped out. After a very bumpy start I will say that Embody has been very helpful and is making sure I am taken care of. I appreciate the personalized assistance and am definitely willing to give them another chance.
