So far the experience has been regrettable. They are happy to take your money, but actually getting the medication is much more difficult. The service I was advertised and paid for was advertised as 1 year, but it is only 11 months.

I wrote you a very positive review in trust pilot. I think the refill forms should be automatically sent to your in box one week before your next date of your monthly charge for the medication. This would alleviate any misunderstanding as your web site still continues to delay the refill forms until you speak to a representative

Ive tried a few different companies trying to find a good fit and this one has been the worst. Im on my second month (should be 3rd) and ive had the worst experience getting my meds. My second month was 4 wks late arriving so I have a big gap in my program waiting for them to ship, I still have not received my NAD+ and thats been paid for almost 5 wks, Ive called so many damn times wanting what I paid for and I get told that it'll update soon but never does. I dont recommend this company. Its been a struggle 😒
