DOSAGE ONLY GOES TO 10MG THEN YOU HAVE TO SEEK ANOTHER COMPANY TO INCREASE YOUR DOSAGE. Better off skipping this one and going to the one who does all the dosages.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with M-Body has been frustrating from beginning to end. After completing the intake and verifying my address, which they later confirmed, My account was still quietly placed on hold without being told. I only found out after repeated calls. Despite referring two friends who both received their medication, I was left waiting with no updates and constant “wait forty-eight hours” responses. When my order finally moved forward, a much lower dose was prescribed than what I clearly disclosed on my intake forms. They asked for proof of my prior prescription, which I was ready to provide, but they sent in the lower dose anyway. I even agreed to a 5.20 AM physician appointment, and the physician never showed. I’ve now gone over a week and a half without my medication. Without a refund and without a real resolution. This has been exhausting, discouraging, and honestly unacceptable. I had high hopes for M-Body, but the lack of communication, follow through, and basic customer service, has been extremely disappointing.

The company is very slow to respond and not great at resolving issues. Also, just an FYI, they don't provide 15mg tirzepatide, the highest they go is 11-something. My current issue is my medication came but the syringes they sent with the medication are too small to hold the dose, I have the use THREE syringes to inject the complete dose, that means I have to jab myself 3 times, also based of the need for three syringes they did not send enough syringes. I find it hard to believe a credible pharmacy and medication company would expect someone to put a used syringe back into a vial or reuse a needle. In good faith I've reached out to the company but have not received appropriate syringes or an email back with a resolution. My latest email on the issue has gone without a response for a few days. They did however go ahead and process my next payment so priority is showing.

I have only used the service once and now I'm cancelling my subscription. Their patient portal has very little to offer and a lot of it doesn't work. I tried to set up an appointment but it redirects to a coaching session. I tried to do a refill, but the buttons sends mixed messages such as: your refill form is due in 3 days, but your refill form isn't available for 5 days. What? Then I called and actually did get a representative and told her the issues, she was apologetic and explained that I would be notified by email when the refill could be done. I also said that my medication wasn't working well and needed to speak with a clinician. She said she set up an appointment. When I asked when I would get a callback, she just told me to leave my phone open so I wouldn't miss the call. Again, What? The main issue is that my actual prescription done by a nurse practitioner ended up being incorrect. Now, I'm not a medical professional and she was supposed to be one. But after a couple of weeks on my dosage from Embody, my appetite was increasing! I didn't have that problem with the last company I used. So, I had to research on my own (after trusting a medical professional was giving my correct dosage) and found out that my dosage had actually been cut almost in half from what I had been taking! I'm not happy and will be changing companies. I WANT A REFUND! And good luck getting through on the their 24/7 advertised help line....it hung up on me twice and put me on hold for a long time so I set up a callback. I had called in the evening around 7:30 and the callback was supposed to be in an hour and a half....the callback came in after midnight!!
