Horrible communication with this company. It takes them over a week to reply to an email. I received my medication extremely hot. The ice pack did not work and was concerned about the potency of my medicine. Been dealing with them now for two weeks one email received in reference to my issue. And they tell me that it is safe to use even though it arrived extremely hot. I am concerned about the medicine’s potency and denaturing because of the heat it’s sustained. Very unhappy with the response time an emails

Like so many others, I’ve also been receiving the ‘slight delay’ email notifications for almost a week after signing up. Their website specifically says orders arrive within 2-3 business days. After reading through the reviews, I’ve decided if they don’t respond to my email, that I’ll file a claim with my credit card and get my money back.
