The dosing is very confusing and the syringes are not labeled clearly so I overdosed on medication the first time. When I tried to reach out to them they told me someone would call me and I never got a call. I ended up going to the hospital after speaking with poison control.

The call was quick and to the point. I felt that everything was resolved.

I had a little confusion with the onboarding process at first. Before signing up, I was under the impression that I would speak with a provider before my prescription was sent, so I was surprised when it was processed before I had actually spoken with anyone. I also had some difficulty getting my initial consultation scheduled. Once I called customer service, though, they were helpful and scheduled me for an appointment the following day. The provider called right on time, was very kind, answered all of my questions, and even took the time to look into one of my medication questions and call me back with the answer. My concerns were resolved and I feel much more comfortable moving forward. Overall, I had a good experience; I just think the initial onboarding and communication could be a little clearer.

It’s cheap enough, but here it is 5 days and I’m still getting the message my medicine is delayed. It’s also telling me how many more days until I have to pay again. Shouldn’t this not count down until the meds have been shipped/delivered? This is making it seem like it’s a scam.

Great customer service and care

Had a great conversation with a nurse practitioner today--She answered all my questions in a thoughtful and easy to understand manner. She was able to help me with a delivery scheduled during an upcoming vacation and worked with Logos Pharmacy to resolve my dilemma. I wasn't rushed at all!
