This company is highly overrated!
This company is highly overrated!! Also it is nonrefundable!!! They will charge you no matter how many months you choose the whole amount upfront. The providers are unprofessional and never sign into the virtual patient portal. The provider, Barbara, when I finally got her on the 4th appointment in the same day, she called me instead of showing up on the portal. She was very unprofessional in the middle of the sentence me asking her. When is my next dose gonna be sent she hung up on me.. she also said that she was sending something to me a message about how to send in my old prescription. I was on since they sent me the incorrect dosage. They sent me the beginning stage of the dose. She never sent the message to me and I hit the call back for like the 6th time in the same day. Unless you want to be charge the complete total on the same day, no matter how many months you choose upfront, received the incorrect dosage, sign up with a nonrefundable, receive care from unprofessional providers when they finally show up on the patient portal or call, like making multiple phone calls in one day, lack of knowledge of providers using the patient portal then don’t choose this company !!!! It is not for you!!!
