I changed to Embody after a horrible experience with Trim Rx where non one responded to calls or messages and I went 2 wks with no medication. Total different experience with embody. I had questions about my dose and shipment that was not answered through AI rep so I was transferred to an actual person who was very helpful and pleasant and because she wasn’t able to fully answer my questions she arranged for a nurse call. After speaking with the nurse, all my questions were answered, and I am extremely satisfied with the services here.

Marvin has been doing amazing job we got my medication all set up feeling amazing. Marvin helps me with anything I need adjusted or fixed. Great communication and help is there.

I placed an order it took forever. So I called and canceled because I thought it was a scam. I received the order. And I called back and paid for the order again, I get a message 5 weeks later saying my order has been canceled. I called, I sent them a screenshot of the cancelation and the payment I made again and they're telling me they didn't get the payment. But they're seeing the cancelation, they're seeing me being reimbursed and they see where it was paid again , and they're telling me it wasn't paid embody is trash wouldn't recommend at all and my credit card company said it was paid.They received the payment so I got the 1st month.But the second two months i'm out , it's okay , they don't have to worry about my money again ohh , and they said , I have a balance due like hell I do

Been a customer 3 months. 1st month medicine was delivered on time. 2nd month medicine was 2weeks late after first batch arrived warm I has to send it back. My medicine was supposed to be delivered October 6th. I am still waiting foe my medicine was supposed. I have made 3 or 4 calls to customer service and at least 8 to 10 emails and no answer when I can except my medicine. They have horrible customer service. My advise stay away from this company.
