Veery nice and helpful

Shipped my medicine to a vacant house two weeks after I gave them my new address. When I called to complain about them committing fraud which they did by charging me and refusing to replace the shipment or give me a refund. Then they canceled my subscription so now I’m really sh!t out of luck.

The ease of obtaining a prescription and having it delivered is super convenient.

The medicine do exactly what it is suppose to do I love it I had to come back to get the full experience

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because pricing is reasonable compared to other places in my area, but I never received my medication on time yet. They have no problem charging me weeks in advance. I am currently out of medication. Customer service only repeated yes pharmacy has had it since 10/14/26 four times before I said great now Can someone escalate it with the pharmacy to get it shipped? I am out I even pay for the 19.99 VIP in hopes that I would get my medication in time since you’re considered “priority”, but that has yet to happen. The excuse is the pharmacy is overloaded. Thats embodys issue not the paying customers issue. Contract other pharmacies if thats the case OR send it in to be filled earlier so it ships on time. Currently looking for a much better provider.
