When ordering from Embody, it states on their website in bold print "Shipped to your door in 1-2 days" after 16 days, I reached out to customer service..."oh the 1-2 days is for shipping only- your order is still in our pharmacy" Ok- then cancel the order- " we cannot do that- as we have shipped it" No, UPS has not received it, you have told me that it remains in your pharmacy- they have just had a label created...you have it in your posession... It goes in circles I would NOT buy from this company, there is deception in their ads, intentionally misleading. A scam- steer clear!

This company has to be a scam I’m still waiting on an order I paid for 10 days ago, they keep saying there is a hold up at the pharmacy, ask them to call pharmacy and they won’t, customer service sucks

If I could rate it in the negative I would. This has been a joke from the very beginning. No call from anyone and when I asked for a call, as promised in the ad, to discuss more about the product before getting the prescription filled. All I ever received was an email telling me my prescription was delayed. When I tried cancelling my subscription I was met with a denial. When the product did finally arrive, I started taking it and have had - since day 1, these issues: nausea, throwing up every time I try to eat anything, severe stomach pains, migraines, sleeplessness, diarrhea, sore throat, bleeding gums from the acid reflux and throwing up, and absolutely no energy. What a great product this is - it is a complete ripe off.
