I switched to embody due to claims of price. never increasing with increased doses. It took 2 weeks to get the medication, when it arrived it was dark red in color, which didn't look right to me, I inquired about it and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours, no one ever contacted me, I asked to keep the same dose I had been on for months as I was in maintenance, they went way down on the dose even with verification of the dose needed. I researched the pharmacy who compounded the medication and it had very bad reviews including being on probation for safety issues. I got an email every day saying my my prescription has been delayed from the pharmacy and I never got the second vial. Needless to say, I canceled with them. Terrible company.

I was supposed to have a clinician call at 7 this morning they said i missed my call...not true had my phone the whole time noone ever called me. I continue to have the run around with this company!
