Good experience

At first I read all the negative comments. A lot of them sounded made up. I went ahead and took a chance. It did take 10 days from the time I put in the order, I was a little anxious but they communicated well ( not always what I wanted to hear but they were honest) I got my order and it was well packed and cold. They do have the best prices.

AJ is really on top of things. He is genuinely concerned about the progress and health of his clients. 5 stars for AJ

Truly incompetent. They can't deliver on time, they hold the older till the last or late moment before sending to the pharmacy. This is ongoing, every month. Email reps must be cheap AI, that is useless, calling in is no more than the rep reading what I see in the portal with no ability to help. Only 2 types of reps, "There is nothing I can do", "Don't worry, everything will process on time" No one available to escalate to and their process and automation is horrible.
