FINAL UPDATE
FINAL UPDATE: It took over a month, but with lots of effort and persistence on my part, Embody FINALLY refunded all of my money! They had no choice but to admit their customer support off-shore people lied to me, made promises they could not keep, all just to get my money. My advice to anyone fighting to get a refund from this horrible company is to first: file a dispute with your credit card company, and update your credit card company of all communications with Embody. Second, post here on Trustpilot giving them a bad review along with all the reasons why. Update here often every time the company continues to lies to you. Third, post on social media, especially Facebook, where there are many forms and post already. Fourth, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Here are the BBB details: Go to the BBB website and put in the company's name and address and file the complaint. Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. Wilmington, DE 19810. And finally, don't give up, don't settle for less! FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!
