Please do not trust this organization. In my experience, this has been a scam. I was subscribed to their tirzepatide program for two months, and everything was fine except for some delays with delivery. In the third month, I received an email saying that my payment had failed, along with a link to make the payment. I entered my card information, and I was charged multiple times. I contacted customer support, but no one responded. I then called their support phone number, and I was told that this organization does not issue refunds. Instead, they said that the extra charge would be applied toward the following month. I wasn’t even planning to continue my subscription for a third month because I had started experiencing severe hair loss, but I decided that the third month would be my last. Unfortunately, this is exactly the month when I was charged multiple times. I am now trying to contact my bank, and I hope they will be able to help me resolve this situation.

Prescription was wrong, and no amount of contact would fix that. Money withdrawn but no medicine sent. Just daily emails informing me it is delayed. I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau for possible scam. They have my initial money. I have nothing. They assure me my account is cancelled Oct 15, and therefore I won’t automatically be charged for another order.

I have been using embody for a few months & delivery is always delayed. Last month it was delayed but came before my shot was due. This month I have lost count of the many messages concerning the shipping delay. I am in the process of trying to cancel but I have already paid so I want my money refunded.

The nurse was very helpful and nice about everything. She explained where to find answers to possible questions. Also ensured that I can schedule a visit to talk to someone about my concerns.

Edit 2!!: they have also OVERCHARGED me (multiple times for the same order) and won't refund me. They put me on hold every time and then if they decide to not leave me on hold indefinitely, they tell me someone will get a hold of me within 24-48 hours and no one ever does. They're SCAMMERS! Edit: they have emailed me since this review and now have made it worse. I signed up for a 6 month subscription which I felt stuck in already, but they have now cancelled that subscription and will not refund my money. That, plus the NAD+, and the embody VIP+, they have now stolen $685 from me. Please, please, PLEASE stay away from this company. They are doing everything they can to not deliver. Literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I want to give them no stars. They steal your money, never deliver the product, refuse to cancel orders they've never even processed, and keep rescheduling appointments over and over again. It's a cycle and every agent you speak to doesn't have the power to do anything except schedule appointments (that no one seems to show up for). I am talking with my bank and trying to get the money they took from me. STAY AWAY
