I don't recommend spending the extra money on VIP. I signed up for VIP because you can't get in touch with anyone any other way. I was contacted by my VIP, but I felt ignored and ghosted as well. We had a scheduled call today, and he didn't bother to show up and then just sent me a text with no resolution. I really want to like this company, but so far all I have been is frustrated. I have not yelled at anyone; I deserve to be treated with professionalism.

I was charged before service was ever rendered. The physician never joined or showed up for my scheduled appointment. I was scheduled for random appointments that never happened. I still have not been able to see a telehealth physician, yet they refuse to refund my $149.00. This company is a scam and a rip-off
