Horrible ! From customer service to medication being shipped on a timely basis to not sending the correct dosage ! They have no sense of urgency … you can’t even speak with a supervisor! I started with them this month and just canceled!

Waiting on 3rd refill. 9 days late. I get an email almost daily telling me the pharmacy is still processing the prescription. When speaking with customer service, there is nothing they do to change the pharmacy or to actually investigate the delay. They simply tell you the same thing the email states...there is a processing delay. This isn't purchasing crackers or a pair of shoes. This is medication that needs to be taken on a consistent basis. Their inability to provide timely refills is unacceptable. Trying to reach anyone in leadership at this company is impossible. They don't publish any executive that is accountable. Try finding the name of an actual person associated with this company. I am actively looking for a replacement option. Will not use again.

Wouldnt trust my dog getting meds from this company. Paid 15 days ago still no shipment. “We will escalate this” bull crap days ago no follow up. Customer care is all indians and refuse to refund for something i never received. stay FAR FAR away from this trash company plenty of other places to order from.

They listened and actually cared

I was worried about receiving my next refill of medication in time. Not only was my wife’s delayed but the refill date for my next one would have delayed me starting the next increased dosage. In addition, I feared it may be delivered while we are out of town which would’ve be terrible. She put my mind at ease that I’ll be able to receive my next dosage without any issues. Joanne was able to assist me and answer all my questions. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It’s so refreshing to have an advocate that genuinely cares! Thank you!
