I was becoming frustrated because I wasn’t seeing as much weight loss as I had hoped. After speaking with the provider, she was very helpful in explaining the process and adjusting my dosage appropriately. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel supported throughout the experience. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and the customer service was excellent.

If I could give less than one star I would. They took my money on September 12. I still have not received a prescription and get daily email saying that they prescription is on backorder and they have no idea when it will be filled. They don’t provide a date when you can expect it a week two weeks there is no timeline. I requested my money back. They told me they’ll cancel my subscription, but I cannot have my money back. Firstly, if you pay for a product you expect to receive the product. I can understand a delay, but there is no date of expectation as to when you will receive it. Why would you continue acceting orders knowingyou can ot FILL the order. You cannot do business this way and get away with it. They are keeping peoples’ money and not providing the medication. This is not an acceptable business practice. In fact, it’s theft of service. This company is not a US company and falsely claimed they were. They should not be allowed to do business in the United States.

Report them to the FTC! They sent my meds in the middle of a heatwave in a bag with 2 ice packs. It was hot and damage. They wouldn’t refund me and promised to replace it asap. It’s been to 2 weeks of automated responses. I’m not the only one so many people have not received their meds nor have they been refunded!

I have never received my medication. Called, emailed, got AI responses at best to written concerns. Customer service on the phone was helpful, but never followed through. Terrible company.
