Constant issues with medications sitting in limbo and help is a pat on the back with little else. If it takes three to four weeks for prescriptions to come in maybe you should just constantly reorder them. It is unacceptable for someone to start stop ANY medication. Loser company that should really throw in the towel.

My first month of medication was 11 days late, And it got to me so warm that it was completely ineffective. I actually gained 4 lbs the first month. My second month of medication is now 15 days late. They wanted to charge my card again in two days, so I would have paid for 3 months and only received one prescription. Do not use this company for your GLP1. What a nightmare! If they can't get shipments out on time or get the medication to you cold (which is the only way it works), they shouldn't be in business. Don't waste your money or time.
