I tried for 1 month. Lost 10 pounds since all I do is vomit. Finally had to go to my primary care because I haven't been able to hold any food down since. Was given two different nausea prescriptions and told to stop immediately, which I first tried to last week. I have been charged for the next month and since shipment still hadn't been sent from 10 days ago as of today, I figured they could just cancel the whole order and be on my way. It's now Monday and shipment is still in processing, my money is gone and nobody can help me get it canceled or refunded or shipped. I have been informed that since I don't have a medical reason to stop, I will not get the current prescription since I am trying to cancel and will not get a refund since I don't have a medical reason even with my doctor appointment notes. Embody says it is not a good enough reason to quit their program. On my way to bank to cancel my card since Embody won't cancel me or refund me.

The product works. That is about the only positive thing with Embody. 1 month in, shipping delays, excuses, and 2 weeks late. So we had to start a smaller dose again. Once I did get the 2nd months GLP, it exploded out of the jar through the needle. So much pressure! I called and let them know I needed a new batch. 3 weeks later I just got “approved” by the pharmacy. I am going to have to start all over again. The customer service is great, really positive, but the delays are not worth the trouble. I would seek another company who can give you better service.

Get care for me ,took time to answer questions and gave great ideas to put into plan ,im excited to start my weight loss journey.

Karen was very prompt; no having to wait for the appointment to start. She was knowledgeable about the company processes and the medication. She was friendly and professional but asked appropriate questions, since I had missed a couple of weeks.

Doctors are amazing! The communication on if your prescription is running behind is great! I love the ease of the portal! All in all great experience so far!

Took the time to listen to me and explained everything in terms that made it easy to understand, left space for me to ask questions. And seemed like they cared.
