There has been a lot of negative surrounding Embody. I have not experienced that at all. I have felt dismissed at times but in the end, it was heard and someone has responded.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Complete Lack of Accountability I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from this company. What should have been a simple request to adjust the delivery of my medication turned into a frustrating, ongoing ordeal characterized by repeated promises, complete lack of follow-through, and an apparent disregard for the fact that this involved medication—not an ordinary package. I contacted customer service repeatedly on September 10, 11, 14, 16, and 18, 2026 to explain my situation and attempt to prevent my medication from being delivered to an address where no one would be available to receive it. During every single call, I was told that a supervisor would contact me. Not once did that happen. Five separate calls. Five assurances that someone would follow up. Zero follow-through. That is not customer service. That is simply telling a customer what they want to hear to end the phone call and then doing nothing. The situation was not complicated. My wife and I were preparing to leave our home in La Pine, Oregon, on September 21 and travel to Arizona. At the time, we did not yet have our permanent Arizona address. I proactively contacted your company well in advance and repeatedly explained the situation. I was trying to prevent exactly what ultimately happened. Despite all of those calls and assurances, my second medication shipment was delivered to my Oregon residence on September 30—nine days after we had already left the state. So I have to ask: What exactly was the point of all those phone calls? I did everything a reasonable customer could be expected to do. I contacted your company repeatedly, explained the circumstances, provided advance notice, and followed the instructions given to me by your representatives. Your company, however, failed to do what it repeatedly told me it would do. Now my medication has been delivered to an unattended residence, where I have no way of knowing whether it is secure or whether it remains there. Given the nature of the shipment, this is not a minor inconvenience. Medication should not be treated like an Amazon package that can simply sit on someone's doorstep for days. What is perhaps most infuriating is that I have never received the courtesy of a return call from a supervisor. After five separate customer service contacts and repeated assurances that someone would personally address the matter, apparently not one person considered the situation important enough to actually follow up. That demonstrates an astonishing lack of accountability. I also made a follow up phone call on October 3rd to inquire how to get a replacement refill for the shipment made to my Oregon address. Once again, the empty promise of a supervisor reaching out was never fulfilled. I have also attempted to make contact through their chat app as well as direct emails. I now have a permanent shipping address in Arizona that I have changed in the patient portal. I appreciate that this address can now be used for future shipments. However, updating my address does absolutely nothing to resolve the problem with the shipment that has already been delivered to an unattended location. At this point, I expect more than another apology or another assurance that someone will call me. I expect action. I am requesting: An immediate determination of the status and disposition of the medication delivered to my La Pine address. A clear explanation of why my repeated requests to hold, redirect, or otherwise manage the shipment were not acted upon. An explanation of why I was repeatedly promised a supervisor callback that never occurred. Written confirmation that my Arizona address has been correctly updated for all future shipments. A prompt and concrete resolution to this situation. I have already spent far more time dealing with this issue than should ever have been necessary. The fact that I had to make five separate calls, only to have the company ultimately do exactly what I had repeatedly asked it not to do, is unacceptable. This experience has left me with very little confidence in your company's ability to handle something as important as the timely and secure delivery of medication. A company can make a mistake. What is unacceptable is making a mistake, being given multiple opportunities to correct it, repeatedly promising to address it, and then failing to do anything at all. That is exactly what happened here. I expect a response within 48 hours that provides an actual resolution—not another promise that someone will call me. At this point, actions will speak considerably louder than apologies. I would absolutely rate your company as a “zero star” if that was at all possible. Don Bilyeu

Hi Don, thank you for sharing your feedback and we're truly sorry for the repeated failures to follow through, especially after you contacted us multiple times and were repeatedly assured that a supervisor would reach out. We understand that this wasn't simply a delivery inconvenience- you were trying to prevent medication from being delivered to an unattended address, and your concerns should have been handled with much more urgency and care. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed on addressing your concerns. - Embody team
