Started off strong, then..... My wife signed up for a 3 month dosage starter set. Got that and did see some fair results. She then got an email saying her 2nd months order debit card had been declined. interesting as she never ordered a second shipment and I checked her original one to verify that she was not going to get recurring orders. Now we are getting messages asking for the debit card to be updated. That's the good part. Trying to get a live person on the phone is impossible as they appear not to list it anywhere known to Google. Trying to "talk" to an AI chat person only leads to a FAQ page. A Google AI check on the company says they are a telemarketing firm with referrals to doctors in all 50. states. It lists as the major negative factor "Support Limitations: Many users express frustration on platforms like the Better Business Bureau and Reddit because communication is heavily automated. Patients seeking to resolve specific issues or complex dosage changes have sometimes reported difficulty reaching a human provider" If by chance, anyone at Amble Health is listening, please reply with contact info so she can cancel....
