When you sign up you can choose the 3 month starter package which means you get 3 months worth of the medicine in one shipment, and you pay a monthly fee once/month for 3 months. After you sign up, and your first monthly fee is charged, the doctor prescribes the medicine. I was prescribed 5mg/week since I had already been on this medicine. They set up the 3 month's of payments, but only sent me a one month prescription. I reached out when I received the medicine in March and they said it was normal- that I would receive each month's medicine automatically for the three months as I got charged. Well, that never happened, but I'm still getting charged monthly. I have been contacting them - through their portal, through an Admin on their Facebook page, through the doctor and all I got was a message asking me to show them photos of my prescription and the vial I received. I did. Then absolutely no answer. So, I contacted them again, same thing- they asked for photos, then ghosted me. I have now sent the same photos 3 times and begged for someone to send me the rest of my medicine. But no one will answer. Updated to add: They contacted me based on this review and canceled my mistaken 3rd month's payment and apologized for the issue. They informed me that each time you send a chat in their portal- it is treated like a trouble/help ticket and each time I posted- it created a new ticket, thus the confusion. It was a long wait between responses though, and confusing to present it as a chat rather than having you actually file a ticket. It was frustrating to have to wait so long, but everything has been rectified and I am happy to continue with their service for now.

I started with Amble in February. First dosing of Trizepatide was fine at 2.5. I was prompted to check in for the March dose, the doctor automatically prescribed the 10mg dose for $379. I reached out asking and they were very condescending and blamed me for “checking in”. Why would they dose me from 2.5 to 10? That is not safe. They offered no resolution and in a couple days I got the 5mg. So now I have extra medication that expires 30 days from compound date. Essentially lost $379 for their error. I just got my last dose 7.5 mg of the starter pack. I had horrible side effects with the 5mg so I was hoping for some guidance but I was afraid to “check in” because it may trigger another higher dose shipment. All this is documented. The meds are priced lower than most telehealth but it’s not worth risking your health to save a few dollars. I am done with my 3 month commitment and so relieved I don’t have to deal with Amble again.

I signed up with Amble and told the doctor that I was taking Ozempic 2.0 mg inj but I wanted to increase dosage but my insurance wouldn't approve. The first month was fine and I received the correct dosage. I did my check up for the 2nd month asking for an increase in dosage. The doctor that reviewed my history then prescribed a starter kit which begins at the .25 mg inj. I received the kit and contacted support to ask why I was starting over and not at the 2.5 mg inj. Support stated that they would provide me with adjusted instructions to use the starter kit that I had on hand, but they did not include the instructions. I have been requesting these adjusted instructions for 10 days now but I am getting only computer generated responses that someone would get back to me. I requested a response from the doctor but was also told that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours, that was 5 days ago. As of today, I have not received any response from Amble.

😂😂😂 Just fussed at and called passive aggressive for upgrading my review from 1 to 3 stars by an Amble representative. Please read my other reviews on Yelp, X, YouTube, Facebook and on this site. I review honestly and on THIS site only left 5 star reviews. I will be posting my honest review on my accounts with Over 25k followers. (I am upgrading this from 1 start to 3 stars for the following reason. I received a Phone Call from this company regarding my review. I was asked if there was a way to clarify and make things right. I am a reasonable person, so I agreed. If you are going to order from Amble please know: 1. The phone number doesn't work because this is not their business model. They can only offer chat:email service to keep costs down. 2. When the "charge" pops up on your phone, it is a pending charge. Rest assured, your card is not charged until AFTER you hear from a physician. Please don't be anxious. 3. The physician will not contact you before 24 hours as I was so gently reminded by the staff. They are a very busy company with over 4k inquiries. 4. Also, to keep costs down, you may receive a call if you leave a negative review. 5. The reason for doing a pending charge the "entire" amount is because they have "wasted" doctors time on people who do not have the available amount on said card: (this could easily be fixed by doing the pending charge immediately before a consultation) See how easy this was Amble? A simple email letting me know the charge was only pending and waiting doctors approval would have solved this instead of a "fussy fix~it" phone call. I asked a very specific question, after I saw the charge "pop up" on my phone and became anxious. A quick 3 sentence email or 4 -minute phone call would have avoided all of this. Previous review; ((I am extremely anxious about this company. They ask for your credit card number and charge you immediately without you speaking with or chatting with a doctor. The phone number is disconnected so I have zero chance of getting an answer.))
