All my questions where answered next day delivery

They told me they would be starting me on the same dose that I was currently on with another provider. They sent me my 1st order and the dose was 1/2 as much. At this point I started gaining weight because of the lower dose. When it was time to reorder I asked for a higher dose and they sent the same dose to the pharmacy. As soon as I saw that, I requested to cancel the order and to issue me a refund. Now they are saying that they will charge me $100 to cancel the order since it has already been sent to the pharmacy. I never even authorized this 2nd order. I just inquired about it asking for an increase. It has been about 5 weeks and still no resolution. Very frustrating that I can not speak with anyone and it takes days for anyone to respond and when they do they respond with some random message that does not even address my issue.

Amble has been really easy to use and the prices are very competitive. I like that there are no membership fees. The website and dashboard are great.

When I signed up it seemed good, however more than one profile was created(how they still can’t tell me) & I couldn’t get access to the correct one. No matter how much I communicated with them, it was very unsuccessful. 3 1/2 weeks later I decided to reach out to an affiliate I know to contact their direct contact person to get the ball rolling. It was finally resolved within days. The process shouldn’t be this frustrating. They say not having a CS# to call keeps the medicine affordable. I hope they get a better system together for the new people coming in.

This company is amazing! They listen to your needs and concerns and are always quick to respond. They are attentive to what my end goal for health is. I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience for sure!

I’m so disappointed. I was so happy getting my meds on time and the meds working. I have paid for my prescription and haven’t received it nor has the pharmacy received my script from the doctor. I have called the pharmacy and contacted Amble support with no resolution. They said they would get back to me in a day and I haven’t heard anything. It’s been 20 days since I have put in my order. I am without medication. All they have to do is resubmit my prescription to the pharmacy but I can’t get anyone to do it. After reading customer reviews with the same problem I am discouraged that this will be resolved. Please Amble fix this issue. Today is July 16th. I received my medication today and I would like to note that the issue has been resolved. Thank you so much Amble!
