Customer service is awesome. My order came in a timely manner and I was updated on progress of shipment. Prices are better than what I was currently paying for product. Sign up and approval process was super easy and got a quick response. I will for sure be sharing my experience with friends!

So both me and my wife both ordered from Amble. The communication was good and the approval was quick. The areas of weakness which I would recommend to amble to fix is their shipping protocol. While other companies I have used do overnight shipping they use Fed Ex 2 day shipping. This caused my vial to come completely warm even with ice packs. They have a pamphlet from Revive RX stating not to be concerned about it coming warm and that it can be warm and non refrigerated for up to 21 days if the meds are below 86 degrees. I called Revive and they stated that they have tested their shipping and it’s safe for up to 96 hours shipping time before it gets above the 86 degrees threshold. While this may be true it was not a good feeling and unless they switch to overnight shipping I will switch to another provider. The other issue with the 2 day shipping is that my wife’s order didn’t get processed at pharmacy until a Thursday and since they use 2 day shipping instead of shipping on a Thursday it was moved to ship the following Monday which caused almost 2 week turnaround time from approval till she received the meds. One other thing is while they did include syringes it didn’t include alcohol pads which was strange. Everything else was great and easy but the 2 day shipping killed their rating.

I’ve had a great experience with Amble. I have no complaints and refer my friends and family. I’ve lost 45 lbs and my A1c has gone from 9.5 to 5.7 in 6 months. My insulin resistance has gone from over 100 to 34. I’ll continue to use Amble as long as I’m on Terzepitide. I highly recommend!!!

I was charged for the second round of shots while I was still doing my first round. Just after my 4th shot. I tried to contact customer service... no number... the chat people just repeat the same thing and never answer your question. I also tried to explain that I did not recieve the correct amount of meds. I am pretty sure I will run out before I am supposed to. Again no help.... I will be canceling this service.

I Just started with the company three weeks ago and so far everything is going well. The process was fast and easy. Amble keeps you notified every step of the process once you get approved. My approval was easy, my doctor reached out to me via message introduced herself & told me my prescription was sent over to the pharmacy & within five days I had my medication. My medication was delivered to my front door well packaged and discreet implying refrigeration was needed. My medication was securely and neatly packed with ice packs and all supplies needed. I definitely recommend Amble if you're looking a company with reasonable prices & effective medication.
