It’s been amazing customer service awesome

I am so happy I switched over to Amble. My experience so far has been wonderful from ordering my GLP1 medication to receiving the medication. My medication came in a small ice cooler to keep the medication cold also came with needles and alcohol pads but best of all easy to read and understand instructions on how much medication to take and where the injection sites are with pictures.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not go through them

Their customer service is the absolute worse. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from their company in regards to an issue with a shipment from the pharmacy and not one person has returned any of my messages. My advice, go with a company that has live representatives and provides an 800# for issues.

I started my GLP-1 journey with them. I am now into my fourth month after the first three months. First, I noticed that their billing did not make sense. On my dose after the three months, I noticed that I was charged twice. I sent a message to support with no response. I then did a backcharge with my credit card. Whenever I would send a message to support or the doctor, I would get a response confirming message was sent but I did not. When I went in to send a subsequent message, I had a hard time logging in. I thought I might've forgotten the password so I tried to reset although my credentials were saved on my device. I never got an email to reset, I checked spam and everything. It dawned upon me that they deleted my account so I have no access to my prescription history nor the billing. This is a very wrong because I relied on the information in my account that they have now deleted. I don't understand why they would do that perhaps in retaliation for charging back the payment but they never responded. There is no customer service number and my messages have not been responded to. They came highly recommended but not after all of this
