Started out great but has gone way down…
Started out great but has gone way down hill! They say you have 24/7 support but that a total load of crap. They have no phone number to call and it takes before you get a response. My meds came hot! It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday according to tracking but showed up with a melted ice back and mess warm to the touch on the following Tuesday afternoon. We have 90 degree weather and not enough ice was used. If you google it, it says it’s not safe to take. When I reach out for help my DOCTOR tells me to reach out to customer service. Now the doctor took at least 3 days to respond and an additional 3-4 from the the costumer service. I was told it’s fine! I got 3 months and that’s a heavy price for warm meds that may not work now. I don’t even know if it’s safe because my doctor still has not said yes it’s good to use. I’m very upset at how the company has started to handle things and I would recommend using another company more reliable.
