I signed up for a 3 month subscription but they charged for me for a full year. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. I will be reporting them.

Just enrolled in their program to receive injections monthly. Form was easy to complete. I had a question entered it into the chat box and received a response promptly. Looking forward to the program. I will be informed after the physician reviews my medical information and was informed that I would receive medication in the mail And I would receive an email with information regarding the program.

***** for every bad review theres like 3 other supposedly good reviews right afterwards **** this company is fraud and making fake good review ... this needs to be confirmed if real person .. because they are making fake emails.. I placed order 6/3/25 ... they did not reach out to me i finally reached out to them 6/27/25 telling them I want my money back refund and to not proceed with order since it's taking forever they ignore my chat message , I would not recommend them to anyone

I started my journey with Amble a year ago, My starting weight 178. Currrent weight 160. I normally search for something to criticize .Amble has set the bar high.Exceptional customer service. Quick response time. Products has ALWAYS arrives when promised.

Amble provided excellent, fast service. So far the experience has been positive and easy.

Amble has been great replying to any questions or concerns I’ve had. I’ve used them for around 5 months and have no complaints!

This company is the worst. Don't waste your time with them. They never get back to you, no phone number to call, all done on email. I could not get a response and they never sent the product.

The re-order process is not easy. There should be a one step tab to re-order when you’re on the month to month plan. The shipping is kinda sketchy with the medication supposed to be kept cold. Shows up with the ice packs thawed and a light chill to the packaging.
