I previously had a 5 star experience for most of 2024 and half of 2025. That was, until May of 2025. I ordered my refill, and did not receive it for 4.5 weeks! Customer support really lacks. I received only Ai responses until an influencer/partner reached out on my behalf from a post I made asking for help/opinions in a Facebook group for amble. I eventually received my meds. No apology, no compensation for it taking 4.5 weeks. Fast forward to last week. I ordered my refill. They took the money right away. Still says pending, still no message from the DR confirming. Maybe things changed? Maybe not? Hopefully my message asking for an update will be answered next week. They were great before. I referred multiple people...(8 friends, didn't know they had a referral system though) I won't be referring until there's a change. I'm willing to change my review back to 5 if things change. The ball is in your court Amble. Make this right

So easy to work with. The questions are all necessary and straight to the point. Took me less than 10 minutes to complete.

I have been with another company for awhile and wanted a change since I was on maintenance dosage. I saw no need to pay high prices for the same meds monthly. It was super easy to sign up and send in my order. I'm just hoping I get the right dose as I've seen several say the got lower then they were on. That will not help me!

I previously was using another company but they did not get back with me in a timely manner. It was easy to go to Amble site and get approval for starting my journey with them. You are able to use Apple Pay or Affirm to name a few to help pay for your 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 months subscription. Thank you Amble

They have taken my money really quick i paid for tirzepetide 7.5mg but prescribed 3mg for 329$ and there is no way to get anyone ti answer your questions i this is my 3rd time ordering from them and there was no issues until now am so frustrated as that was the only money i have
