I've been with Amble since Spring of 2025. I've consistently had an excellent experience. One recent issue involved not enough medication being sent, and they were on it right away, placed another order and it's coming soon. Response times from the Dr and Customer Support are always timely and I've found everyone to be super nice and accomodating. Thanks to Amble for the excellent customer experience

The product works however that does not matte rod you don’t receive product. My initial shipment was sent almost immediately, for month 2 not the same. I am going on 3 weeks with no update and no medicine. I’m cancelling- good luck.

I am new to amble and I have to say they have been wonderful to work with. If you were having trouble choosing a provider, they have been awesome.

I recently ordered with them and was told a good review would get me expedited priority shipping . Im assuming that’s why when I was shopping online for products , this company has good reviews. The thing was is it was good service with lots of help and very easy to order . After ordering became waiting period. Use another company!!! Im over my ten business days and fed ex still doesn’t have my shipment. Im being told its still with oharmacy and when i ask them what’s going on in the service chats im told that theyll get ahold of pharmacy and get back to me which no one says anything after that until i reach back out . When reaching out i get same response . My next payments die in 8 days without getting shipping information for first dose and all I was told is i can pause the payments .

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered on 9/29. 5 days later I was still pending a RX. I reached out to they said I only ordered the day before. Wrong. I reached out again. Oh I need a dr visit. Ok great. 5 days later they schedule it. Zero responsiveness. I’m now 11 days in and my RX isn’t even approved. Let alone sent to a pharmacy to ship. All the while they don’t let me know anything. They didn’t schedule my visit. It only happens when I complain. If I could give a worse review I would. Delays happen. No customer service and a complete lack of caring is unacceptable.

Emma was great and answered all my questions with the patience of a saint. She made the whole process run smoothly and made me confident in my decision to choose Amble.
