I am still being charged for products two months after I canceled my membership. I dont even receive the products. The company has taken away access to my portal after I canceled and I can longer view inflammation. This company is a rip off, do not use them. They are impossible to communicate with and take weeks to respond to emails. Very dangerous company to do business with, how can you get prescription support when there is no timely communication?? I am reporting to the BBB regarding theft of funding and not returning funds although canceled two months prior and no products are being supplied.

The whole process is so easy, I filled out the questionnaire, it took about 2 minutes, got a message from the doctor, my medicine came in about 2 weeks, ever was included that I needed and the instructions were plain and simple to understand…highly recommend!!
