Ms. Megan was very helpful and empathetic about how I was feeling regarding the incident with the damaged delivered medication. She kept me informed about the next steps to receive my replacement and assured me that she would be available if I had any further concerns.

There was a processing issue with my second shipment. After a bit of back and forth with customer service to clarify the discrepancy, Marie took ownership of the problem and doggedly pursued it to a satisfactory resolution. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the customer service team.

I feel that I moved to this company. I have not lost weight and my weight has been the same for the past month so I am switching to another company because it’s pointless spending more money and not being able to lose weight.

I just switched over from another company so I’m hopeful to have positive experiences here. I did a lot of research and heard a lot of positive things about amble. I know that you will always see negative and positive reviews so I try and make the positive outweigh the negative until I have been given an opportunity to make my own decision.

So far the experience has been pretty seamless. I have had several questions, even prior to signing up? And they replied within a day, sometimes within a few hours. The questionnaire was simple. Their portal is easy to use. The upfront pricing is great. Excited to start my journey.

So far I'm very upset with this process. I indicated that I'll be leaving the country next week and ordered this morning. Haven't even heard back yet. I'm upset because I'm switching from another provider and already on week 4 this week, and they are practically trying to start me lower than what I currently am at 1.5 when I would have been going to 4.25 for week 5 with my previous provider, which doesn't make sense. I was set to double my dose for week five next Friday and they have me 4 doses less than that. This will set me back and I'm not okay with that. Why would I have to start at 1.5 when I'm already at 2.125 with another company and was scheduled to go to 4.25 on Oct 17th? I already do not trust or have faith in them, the quality or the experience. I'm not spending my money to get behind and cannot risk not having it by Sunday as I leave in the early am before sunrise on next Monday. I did not know the service and communication would be bad or how slow they would be. The website appears modern and professional, but the customer service, communications and sense of urgency is nonexistent. I'm really stressed since I'll be leaving the country next Monday before sunrise. I already regret buying the six month plan. If I do not get my shipment before Monday that would be horrible as I'll be gone for two weeks and don't have help to make arrangements. This is unacceptable to me. I feel horrible for reading through everything on their website, feeling like I could trust them, to only finding out how bad and slow the service is AFTER purchase. This is just unacceptable to me. My previous provider had my medicine to me by the end of the next day!
