Sign up was easy enough, but ever since they got my money it’s gone more and more downhill. I had to send them my current dosage /prescription because I wanted to start at 0.5mg since I’ve already been taking semaglutide from a different company. Which, fine. But I had to send it 3 different times because apparently people can’t check documentation. My prescription was approved on October 11th, and as of today, my medication still has not shipped. I talked to someone on October 21st and they said I should be getting the medication in a few days. Here it is now October 26th and it still says the medication hasn’t even shipped yet. I feel like they’re trying to sabotage my progress to say it’s been too long since my last injection and then I’ll have to start back on the starter dosage instead of the 0.5mg where I’ve been. They already have my money, so I’ll wait for the meds, but I definitely will not be using them in the future.
