I would not recommend Amble to anyone. I placed an order in mid-July and while the doctor approved my order very quickly, customer service was extremely slow and my order was delayed. I asked about my order and told them I had a pending travel date that I needed my order by. The order had not yet shipped at that point. They proceeded to ship my order and it arrived while I was away, leaving it to sit in the summer heat. I specifically told them my travel dates and that I wanted the order FOR TRAVEL. Now I have a product I cannot use and they will not issue a refund. I will never use amble again. Try somewhere else!

Alayna was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me work through my Amble treatment and billing issues and made everything so much easier to understand. She was patient, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were resolved. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!

Easy? Yes! Customer service reached out to me, just to make sure I'm okay? Yes! Afterpay/Klarna? Yes! Started comparable dose from another provider? Yes! Do it! Just do it!

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience as a patient of Amble’s and I couldn’t be more excited to kick your company to the curb once and for all! There were MANY significant issues and factors as to why I am leaving Amble, but here are a few; - Your customer service is absolutely 10/10 the WORST I have ever had the displeasure of working with. You do not reply to messages earlier than multiple business days and there is no phone number for help - Your shipping times have caused me to miss doses on multiple occasions - Your billing team must have a higher budget because if you miss a payment, they IMMEDIATELY contact you. A real person! Not a bot! But if you need help with your medication, you’re shit out of luck. - You bill me for and ship me medication I expressly explained that I do not need. I promise I will be leaving this review on every platform possible. I will shout it from mountaintop how awful Amble is as a company. This is my explicit and extremely clear message to DISCONTINUE ALL MY TREATMENTS. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SHIP ME OR BILL ME FOR ANY AMBLE MEDICATIONS OR SERVICES HERE ON OUT. DISCONTINUE ALL MY TREATMENTS. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND DELETE MY PATIENT INFORMATION. thank you and good riddance.

Great service response time

I was referred by a family member who is having lots of success. It was easy to navigate and sign up. The portal is fairly easy to use …. Did struggle to figure out where to put my weight and have no clue how many calories …. May be nicer to just list my food I eat?
