Provided a lot of helpful information
I’ve had a great experience with Amble Health so far! The process was smooth and easy to follow — from the initial consultation to getting my prescription approved. The staff has been responsive and helpful every step of the way, and I really appreciate how they explain everything clearly about the tirzepatide plan and dosage schedule.

Can't wait to have the old me back again!
I just joined Amble today but the customer service before even signing up has been wonderful. I had a ton of questions and they were able to answer all of them. I've heard great things from others using this company and I can't wait to get this journey started.

Taking so long to arrive.
I placed my order October 17th, and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on October 21st and that’s where we are stuck. It’s been 10 days stuck at that status and when I ask they tell me it will take 7-10 business days, and it’s a generic response because I’ve asked several different questions and I get the same response. It’s been 8 business days as of today and no sign of its changing. It would have to ship out Monday and arrive by Tuesday to hit that 7-10 business days. No one to talk to just an AI chat. Not impressed so far.

So far, awesome!!
So far, so good. I love all of the payment options, the ease and readability of the app, how quickly I was approved and that there are no additional fees for membership. Looking forward to working with Amble!
