Joinamble is the Worst company ever. I paid for a 3 month supply starting at 60 units. Because of the 4 week gap in taking it the medication the " Dr" suggested that i should take a smaller dosage just in case you have issues. When i got my medication he not only changed the dosage but the amount that i purchased as well. I've been contacting joinamble to correct the issue they Just kept telling me to take what's on the bottle. The dosage instructions were incorrect. Joinamble Customer service is trash. They contact you through an app. I received 4 different dosage instructions from 4 different people. I ordered the medication on November 15. I didn't get it till November 27th. I've been contacting joinamble since the 27th till now December 9. Still no word of the correction. Don't waste your money with this company.

The initial process was fast and easy. Just waiting on a doctors response about dosing now :)

The process has been very easy. Only complaint I have is having to start over because the local clinic I’ve been going to won’t give me anything to show the dose I’ve been on.

Do NOT use Amble Health for medication. For starters, you can NOT get a live person to talk to. You have to send a message via their chat. You don’t ever heard back. I literally sent at least 15 messages over a week span and never heard back at all. Though the chat says you will hear back within a day. I wasted a ton of time filling out their survey including sending a picture of my full body to verify my weight. When I paid, the shipment was delayed for some reason. Then they sent me my “meds” it was a 2.5 mg bottle and was only full about 1/10 of the bottle. This was supposed to last a month…. it wasn’t even enough for one dose. I called the pharmacy and asked them what the deal was because the amount they had on the paper was different than what the doctor on amble told me I needed to take. I went in to cancel everything from amble and told them yet again I didn’t get the proper medication and I wanted a full refund and to cancel everything. They said there are no refunds. This company is super shady and dishonest. Do NOT deal with them. I need a company I can talk to a live person.

Been great so far! Had to take a break due to not being able to afford it but excited to be starting again

After having communication issues with amble customer service and my medication shipping or shipping on time I was able to connect with Alayna who not only fast tracked my medication to another pharmacy she got it to me promptly so I wouldn’t be off my dose . I appreciate her customer service and prompt problem solving to get it figured out and completed for me !

Amble has been such a breeze!! Super easy to use, very fast, will continue service with them!!!
