Find another comoany
Started our good. First 3 shipments received. Never received 4th..had to contact them..finally received..5th shipment never came..had to contact again...never received and then they send me 6 but won't respond to where my shipment 5 is. Throws all the h e shots off cause they are extremely late. Will not use again.

Easy and effective
It was an easy and simple process to get medicine through Amble. The medicine was effective for me, but cost was a factor in deciding not to continue.

Easy, supported weight loss, at a great price.
My orders are processed automatically as they advised in the information they gave me during enrollment. When I needed to pause briefly due to dosage changes I was able to do so in my portal. Any questions I ask are responded to in a 24 hour timeframe which is reasonable. How to cancel orders and how to stop membership is in my portal too which means when I want to stop, I can. I am very happy with the 40 pounds lost so far in the first few months of treatment. Everything is easy and straight forward, however, you do have to read everything and not just click through the buttons.

Frustrating dosing and cost
I was switching from another company and I had messaged with the doctor about titration back up to my previous dose, instead of following through on that conversation the doctor put in an order for a lower dose and after I was charged $480 I was told I wouldn’t be able to increase my dose for 3 additional months. Very frustrating - will be canceling and finding another company

Kind of difficult
Kind of difficult. They do try to help, but there seems to be a lot of holes in the communication process.
