I submitted a chat regarding a dosage question because I was confused about my instructions with my most recent shipment. Maria replied and asked some standard questions and for pictures of my product, which I let her know I would send when I got home from work. Rather than having me send a new “chat” she pulled our conversation into her inbox so that she personally could respond to me. Maria was extremely quick to respond and figured out a solution that made me feel that I was important and that I mattered as a customer. Her customer service was exceptional and made me want to continue to be an Amble customer for the long haul!
