Very helpful
I send message after message to support through the portal and they either don’t get answered or it takes a while and they are so impersonal and don’t answer my questions. I didn’t realize I could email directly. This was so simple and so effective. And Sakshi was so friendly and helpful! Thank you so much!

Customer service amazing
Responded to several questions I had in the beginning. And responded quickly! That’s a huge compliment. Their web site is also pretty easy to fill out. I appreciate the fact that the support team and physician making me feel comfortable in my decision. Don’t hesitate, you’ll be happy once you join
