I joined amble last year and was on their semaglutide for several months being charged $179 every month. I put a stop on my account in December. In january, I was sent a completely different medication and charged $2,244 to my card! They have the worst website to navigate, no customer service number to call and their chat is just bot responses. Why they did not question why I was going from one med to another and such a drastic change on my account is beyond wrong. No one ever contacted me by phone or email. Something was obviously inputted wrong and I was prescribed the wrong medicine for a much higher price! No one questioned it and I could not address it even after the mistake was made. Till this day I have not been able to reach anyone. I'm contacting an attorney and the BBB to get this taken care of immediately. Horrible company so buyer BEWARE!
